A deeply relaxing yet invigorating experience for both body and mind.

Shiatsu is a traditional Japanese healing art based on the same principles as Acupuncture, however thumb and palm pressure are used rather than needles.

It works by stimulating the body's vital energy in order to promote good health.

Vital energy, Ki in Japanese, flows throughout the body in a series of channels called meridians.

Stress, tension, trauma, poor posture, diet and emotions can affect the free flow of Ki causing imbalances that can manifest itself on any level - physical, emotional, mental or spiritual.

Shiatsu encourages the body to balance and heal itself promoting an overall sense of well-being.
